EMDR is an evidence-based model that helps the brain reprocess traumatic memories, reducing their emotional charge and making them easier to handle.
The Art of Being focuses on helping individuals overcome unhelpful relationships with food and body. This is done through CBT, individual therapy, and family therapy. Referrals are provided for medical monitoring and nutritional counseling, and case coordination between the Art of Being and external providers is paramount.

Sand tray therapy is a therapeutic technique for ages 3-10, where clients use a sandbox and miniature figures to create scenes and scenarios that reflect their inner thoughts and feelings.
